DATA CONTROLLER

PROCESSING METHODS

We specify that, as defined in Article 4, paragraph 2 of the GDPR, data processing means “any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.”

The personal data you provide will be processed, both electronically and in paper form, by the Data Controller using databases, electronic platforms managed by the Data Controller or by third parties appointed as Data Processors and/or integrated IT systems used by Siabs Srl.

We inform you that the Data Controller has adopted appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure that the personal data you provide is not subject to unauthorized loss, modification, or alteration. These measures consist, in particular, of secure data transmission protocols known as HTTPS. Furthermore, the Data Controller stores user data on servers located in Europe. The servers are subject to an advanced daily backup and disaster recovery system.

DATA RETENTION

The personal data you provide will be retained for a period of time no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are processed. Upon completion of the processing, your personal data will be deleted without undue delay.

CATEGORIES OF PARTIES WHO MAY BE AWARE OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be disclosed to the Data Controller’s employees and/or collaborators who, operating in accordance with the Data Controller’s specific directions and instructions, process your data as authorized persons pursuant to Art. 29 GDPR, as well as to system administrators and/or duly appointed third parties (pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR), who act as Data Processors and who will receive appropriate operating instructions from the Data Controller for this purpose. In turn, each Data Controller may appoint its own employees and/or collaborators as persons in charge of processing your data. Please note that the Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller will be third-party companies and/or other entities (entrusted with support, communication, promotion, and sales of products and/or services, IT service providers, website managers and/or developers or applications contained therein, electronic platform managers, partners) who perform outsourced activities on behalf of Siabs srl.

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION OR DISSEMINATION OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA
